About Us
Our story
We’re Vince and Nicole Turano — a husband-and-wife team focused on finding real estate solutions and revitalizing homes in our community.
Nicole grew up around home construction and remodeling, spending years watching her father work in the local kitchen and bath industry. Before the real estate business, Nicole worked full time as a teacher — a background that shapes how she works today: listening closely, explaining things clearly, and meeting people where they are. She is a natural problem solver who genuinely enjoys helping others.
Vince has always been drawn to investing and long-term value building. His experience as a project manager helps him manage complex situations efficiently and effectively. Together, those interests naturally led us into residential real estate, where no two situations are ever the same. What started as a side project in 2019 has grown into our full-time focus and passion.
We’ve worked with homes in many conditions and through many circumstances — inherited properties, long-term care transitions, financial challenges, and homes that have simply become difficult to manage. Along the way, we’ve built lasting relationships and friendships with homeowners, attorneys, and other professionals, which we value just as much as the work itself.
We’re parents of two boys and residents of Webster, New York. While our household is famously divided — with loyalties split between the Miami Dolphins (the boys) and the Buffalo Bills (Nicole) — we’re united in taking pride in the homes we care for and the neighborhoods we invest in.
For us, this work is about more than real estate. It’s about restoring homes, building trust, and contributing positively to the community we call home.
